Helloji Site Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds for premium services on Helloji.site (“Helloji,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Subscription Services

Helloji offers certain enhanced features through paid subscriptions (“Premium Services”). These subscriptions are billed on a recurring periodic basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription to Helloji’s Premium Services at any time. Cancellation will stop any future automatic renewals.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund. You will retain access to the Premium Services for the remainder of the pre-paid subscription period you have already paid 

3. Refund Policy

Generally, all sales are final, and payments are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged, except in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charge: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription period, please contact us immediately at helloji93041@gmail.com with proof of the duplicate transaction. We will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charge if verified.

  • Unauthorized Purchase: If a subscription was purchased without your consent due to fraudulent activity on your account, please contact us and your payment provider immediately.

  • Technical Failure: If a significant, widespread technical failure of the Service prevented you from using the Premium Services you paid for for an extended period, and our technical team confirms the issue, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund.

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Unused Time: Simply changing your mind or not using the app during your subscription period.

  • Dissatisfaction: General dissatisfaction with the Service, including the quality of connections or user interactions.

  • Account Bans: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our [Terms and Conditions](link to your T&C page).

  • Forgetting to Cancel: Failure to cancel your subscription before it auto-renews.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must contact us at helloji93041@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Helloji account.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your Helloji username.

  • The date of the transaction.

  • The receipt or order number from your app store.

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time frame. Our decision on whether to grant a refund is final.
